1, Machine's introductions:

ST-T400-M Series design special for motors products laser welding, machine adopts the high precision motor and adjustable rotary chuck which can achieve the automatic rotating laser welding, our this kinds of laser welding machine with 4 axis which controlled by machine software, the rotary device can be adjusted from 0 - 90 degree, it has the very high precision , fast welding efficiency and welding strength comparing with the other kinds of tranditional welding method .


2, Machine's main advantages:

Comparing with the traditional welding technology,laser welding with the advantage as follows :

2.1 Fast speed, high depth and almost no deformation.

3, Main technical standard of the machine:

3.1 Laser power supply

3.3 Cooling system

Laser sources should be with pure water of distill water.

The cooling system with the protective function.

Temperature control scope: 20-25°C

Temperature stability: ±10c

Cooling water current: 20-35L/min

Failure protection: The laser power with a chain to flow to protect and more warm protection

For the use of water protection: >3 month


3.4 Laser positioning system

Uses a semi-conductor laser light as instructions for an optical system of norms and work in order to indicate position.


3.5 Optical and focus system

Adop single laser output, welding focus F=100mm (f=80/120/150mm optional).
Facula size:0.2-1.5mm, Match the illume system and the same axis gas protection device.


3.6 CCD monitor system

Adopt the same axis monitor system (match 9.2”black and white LCD), 20 times as large multiple ), it can detect the welding route and do the exact and precision laser welding, it highly reduce the NG products.
