Main Description

Boom Type Bridge Inspection Vehicle is the latest operating vehicle which independently developed by our company, it has good exterior, compact structure, easy to operate, safe and reliable features. The chassis using domestic Dongfeng chassis, main hydraulic parts imported from Germany , the dedicated device uses three scalable, two rotating , three luffing mechanism, forming a three-dimensional space, six degrees of freedom space motion system, can safely and efficiently send staff and testing equipment to any location which the bridge magnitude allowed.

Bridge Inspection Truck:

Products in the design process to break the traditional design, with a unique extended hydraulic drive legs, increasing the lateral stability of a dedicated device at work, so that the operator can work in safer conditions. Outrigger legs using crawler structure, add the contact area to get small compressive stress for legs . It has two advantages: A large contact area relative to the ground friction,it does not produce slip phenomenon during operation; Small leg stress reducing leg caused the ground damage. The hydraulic system uses a modular structure, centralized control, hydraulic piping distribution uses reasonable standard. The control system uses advanced CAN architecture, wireless remote control, advanced control concept , high intelligence.

The operator can directly control the rotation of the track through a wireless remote control, to achieve bridge inspection vehicle working and walking. There is one screen in the control box panel, you can monitoring the operating conditions for each of the full range of video surveillance, and set the parameters of the controller or modify. It also equipped with an standby gasoline generator, when the chassis has failure it can be operated independently by standby power.
