1.Counting & Collecting System:The counting &collecting system with sorting function can stack thefinished paper plate in order, which is convenient for packaging andsave the labor costs

2.Robot hand auto paper feeding unit(servo driving):Robot hand auto paper feeding unit(servo driving)it is adopted with robot hand to feed the paper automaticallyit is driven by servo motor , more accurately and less issues

3.Electric System:Quality Branded Electric Systems such as Delta, Schneider,Innovance

4.Control Panel:It adopts PLC controller and touch screen (man -machine interfaceall the working parameters can be setup on the control panel whichis convenient for parameter setting and adjusting.(easy operate)

5. 8 Servo motor:There are 8 servo motors installed ,which ensure all the movement accurately and stably ,inlcuding plates pre-feeding , sucking , transferring and collecting

6. Sensors:Sensor failure detecting and it stops working automatically if themachine has any problem, it can greatly improve operation safety The error information will be shown in the PLC touch screen andremind the operator to solve the trouble.(good for machine maintaining)

warrantyperiod, we will send you the new replacement parts for free

Q3. What is the delivery time after the order ?
A:We have only half finished machine (no mould) in stock.The mould design is customized as each customer requirementThe mould production costs 20 days,10 days for the installation.The delivery time is 30-35 days after the deposit payment .

Q4. One machine is with just one mould or several mould? Can we make difference size of the cup in one machine?
A:One machine is installed one full set mould for free. You canbuy extra half set mould (easy to change) or full setmould. We only recommend to change 1-3 sets half set mould(with same bottom diameter size) in one machine .

Q5.How can I install the machine and get training servicesin my country?
A:The machine will be finished installation and tested runningperfectly before the delivery . You will get the completemachine which is finished installation. We will provide the fulloperation and training Videos to guide you to run the machineAnyone can install the machine and operate it easily.

Q6. What terms of payment you usually use?
A:T/T 30% deposit and 70% before machine loading, Western Union, L/C at sight.
