Description:
Filled PTFE Suspension Piston banded piston produced by skirting machine apply in automotives front or
rear shock absorbers. Piston design can be lip OD design or straight OD design with different technology
of toolings and process. Banded material is filled PTFE, fillers can be carbon fiber, MoS2, graphite carbon
or others. We can also use Dupont or TFM material from overseas market according to customer's
demand.
Our company is specialized in producing shock absorber pistons with sizes from 20mm to 50mm.
We have many semi and automatic banding machine, can satisfy the large quantity from local customers
and foreign customers. We have set up good relationship with some big shock absorber factories.
At the same time, we produce automatic banding machine by ourselves and we have related testing
equipment such as projector, analytical balance, friction-abrasion testing machine, blow-off testing
machine, friction testing machine and so on.We can test most of properties in our company and others we
can’t test we will send the standard sample blocks to Shanghai Plastics Research Institute. We can supply
test report from the third party
