Description:
1. Applied to the determination of the viscosity of liquid
petroleum products (Newton liquid). The instrument adopts fuzzy PID
control technology, advanced precise temperature control, can also
be used as a common thermostatic water bath.
2. The instrument can be enabled at the same time 4 pieces of glass
capillary viscometer was under the same temperature determination
of kinematic viscosity and viscometer can be repeatedly measured 4
times as a set of test data. The instrument adopts high definition

Function introduction:
(1)Boot interface
After the start, click on the screen at any position, enter the
functional selection interface to select the menu item. The
interface has three menu items: Testing,Dead Work and Data Record.
(2)Test interface
Click the ‘Testing’ button in the functional selection interface to
enter the test operation interface.

As shown above, there are 4 buttons in the interface, ‘T.control’
(refers to ‘temperature control’), ‘Stop’, ‘Para.’(refers to
‘parameters’), ‘Exit’.Click on ‘T.control’, set the temperature of
the constant temperature, at this time, the ‘T.control’ button
failure. If you need to stop temperature control,you can click on
the ‘Stop’, at this point, the ‘stop’ button failure, ‘T.control’
for the effective state. Click on the ‘Para.’ to enter the 4 glass
tube diameter, constant set interface. Click on ‘Exit’ to exit the
interface. The upper part of the screen shows the real time
temperature. Below the ‘temperature’ is the set value of
temperature. Four timers side by side (number 1, 2, 3, and 4 from
the left and right in turn corresponds to a water bath cap 4 pieces
of glass viscometer) with a resolution of 0.1 of a second time,
four timer current time values are just below timer dial. Click on
the dial to start time, again click the time to stop, and the timer
has been ejected.Such as no operation, after a few seconds the
interface will automatically exit. I f the instrument hase reached
the number of timing, the instrument will pop out the results
interface of the calculation of the viscosity . At any time, click
on the time just below the clock dial,you can get into the time
interface as well.
Time interface is as follows:

In this interface ‘(1)’, ‘(2)’, ‘(3)’, ‘(4)’refers to the 4
consecutive time of the same viscometer. Click on the "Delete",
delete the corresponding time (in that the timing is obviously
wrong).
Kinematic viscosity calculation results interface shows the
kinematic viscosity results of corresponding glass viscometer, the
unit is mm2/s. Click on "exit" to return to the test interface. If
you don't click on ‘Exit’, after a few seconds, automatically exit.
Click on the real time displayed in the middle of the test
interface, enter the time setting interface:

Click on the real time at the top of the screen, the digital input
area above the soft keyboard shows "20?? -?? -?? ??: ?? :??". In
order to enter the number of years, months, days, hours, minutes,
seconds, click on‘Enter’, the time is modified. Click on ‘Exit’ to
exit the time setting interface.
(3) Prepare working interface:
The interface contains four functions: temperature set, printer
set,
viscometer parameters (diameter and constant) setting and number of
timing (with a glass capillary viscometer with a group of test
taking multiple timing value).
constant temperature setting interface:
The symbol "√" is always located in the back of the set value .When
you click on the right bottom of arbitrary temperature setting
value, enter arbitrary temperature setting interface.
Printer settings:
After entering the printer settings interface, select
‘Enable/Disable printer". Test end, the instrument print(The
printer is set to’Enable’) or not print(The printer is set to
‘Disable’) measurement results.
Viscometer parameter settings:

The left column is the glass capillary viscometer diameter, unit:
mm. The right column is constant of the corresponding viscometer,
unit: mm2/s2. Click the parameter to be modified,
is transferred to the rear of the parameter, and the pop-up
interface of the parameter changes is displayed. In the interface
to modify the parameters, first of all click on the left side of
the parameter display area, then you can enter the corresponding
digital, and click the "←" to confirm. To cancel the input, click
the "CE" button.
d. Setting of timing number:
The timing number refers to consecutive timing number of the same
glass viscometer, range: 1~4. There are two kinds of methods: a.
direct calculation of kinematic viscosity average;b. Calculating
the average value of the kinematic viscosity after abandoning the
super difference of the time.
(4) Data record interface:
The interface shows the records of each test, including the test
serial number, the test time and the kinematic viscosity value.
There are 4 functional buttons in the interface:’Pg Up’(page
up),’Pg Dn’(page down),’Clear’and ‘Exit’----- Click on the ‘ Pg Up
‘,the data record page up; Click on the ‘Pg Dn’, the data record
page down;Click on the ‘clear’ ,the remind dialog box of deleting
record pops up. In the dialog box, click on the ‘Enter’, and the
data will be cleared; Click on the ‘Cancel’ to exit the dialog box;
Click on the ‘Exit’ to exit the data record interface.
