Introduction:
The DZ-138 servo barrier gate series, which manufactured by our

operation times. The motor uses the DC 24V
permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM motor), apply to the

Advanced Functions:
1. Gate automatically open when power off, no clutch design, no
need human intervention. When power on,
gate automatically reset, restore to the gate closing state, truly
unattended, fire safety standards. If special
requirement, manual operation is required when power off, operating
arm open and close manually also can
be realized by setting up control board DIP switch, which ensure
that the system can be used at any time.
2. The use of Single Compression Balance Spring device, good
regulation, no noise, indefatigable, not easy
to break, safe and reliable.
3. A variety of input and output modes can be selected, normally
open normally closed are optional.
4. Arm opening angle can be adjusted from 60 to 90 degrees, 10
degrees resolution, suitable for eaves prominent
place to install.
5. Closing speed can be adjusted.
6. Barrier gate up &down signal relay switch output.
7. Barrier gate running state: OK signal output indicating that the
gate is working properly.
8. Barrier gate operation abnormal alarm signal output.

12. Arm Open priority anti-smashing function. No matter the current

Program 1
The barrier gate can be controlled by two buttons and a short time
signal impulse is enough to open barrier gate.
Wiring Connection: turn on the GND and COM,
Opening: turn on the 24V with UP
Closing: turn on the 24V with Down
Additional safety devices can be connected to the infrared signal
input, vehicle detector signal input (loop detector).
Program 2
The barrier gate can be closed and opened by remote controller
Wiring Connection: connecting the receiver GND(COM) to COM of
controller Remote-up is for opening and Remote-down is for closing.
Opening: connecting the receiver’s up level signal(5~24V) to the
remote-up
Closing: connecting the receiver’s down level signal(5~24V) to the
remote-down
Additional safety devices can be connected to the infrared signal
input, vehicle detector signal input (loop detector).
If remote control receiver is non-electric relay signal, connection
as bellows:
Wiring Connection: turn on the GND and COM,
Opening: turn on the +24V with Remote-up
Closing: turn on the +24V with Remote-down
Additional safety devices can be connected to the infrared signal
input, vehicle detector signal input (loop detector).
Program 3
The barrier gate can be closed and opened by two separate command
generators (pulsed).
Wiring Connection: turn on the GND and COM
Opening: turn on the 24V with UP
Closing: turn on the 24V with Down
Additional safety devices can be connected to the infrared signal
input, vehicle detector signal input (loop detector).
Program 4
Boom-drop signal input: when the boom is crashed by passing
vehicle, the barrier gate will stop to run with a warning output.
Automatic control mode. The barrier can be opened and closed by an
external open detecting coil and an external safety detecting
coil (infrared signal input). The barrier gates open the detecting
coil and safety detecting coil when vehicle full passed. Or it will
close
automatically after pass the preset opening time. In addition, the
barrier can also be closed by a closing command (down). An
emergency
opening signal, such as a fire switch, is connected to an open
signal input endpoint (emergency stop signal input) with a higher
priority
and such signal has priority over the open or close barrier gate
command. After the emergency stop signal is canceled, the barrier
gate will automatically reset.
Wiring Connection: turn on the GND and COM
Opening the detecting coil signal: turn on the +24V with Remote-up
Closing the barrier gate command: turn on the +24V with Remote-down
Opening the safety detecting coil: turn on +24 V with the infrared
signal input
Opening the delay time: through the Dip switch5,6,7,8 to choose the
delay time, such as
1s,2s,3s,4s,5s,8s,10s,15s,20s,25s,30s,35s,40s,50s,60s.
If the infrared signal input port has the signal input during the
delay arm closing, it will be restarted.
Additional safety devices can be connected to the infrared signal
input, vehicle detector signal input (loop detector).
Program 5
This program essentially works in the same way as program 4. The
difference is that in program 5 is that the barrier gate closed
immediately
after the vehicle has fully passed the safety detecting coil. In
program 5, the barrier gate is closed immediately after the vehicle
has passed the safety detecting coil.
Program 6
Arm swing out detection signal is a closed-loop signal, once the
boom was hit away the rod, the barrier gate will stop working, and
alarm output.
After the arm swing out signal is restored, the barrier gate need
to be re-energized and to eliminate the alarm (need the boom have
been equipped
with the detection switch)
