Automatic metal strip feeder was mainly used to feed strips to
press automatically, it was driven by servo motor, and the servo
motor drive a set of feeding rollers, so the feeding roller clamp
strips forwards. And machine was controlled by PLC, so feeding
length and precision can't be set and controlled, ensuring feeding
tolerance.
Details:
1, the Japanese Yaskawa servo motor (MITSUBISHI), MITSUBISHI PLC
and touch panel control, long service life, high precision, simple
operation and fast, effectively shorten the preparation time of
work, improve productivity.
2, feed roller bearing steel (domestic manufacturers mostly use 45#
steel), after high-frequency, quenching, hard chromium plating
treatment, the surface hardness of up to HRC60-62 degrees.
3. The control box is separated from the machine body to prevent
vibration and damage the electrical components, and easy to move.
4, touch screen and button double control mode, can realize
multi-function operation, the button adopts the world advanced
technology LED button indicator lamp, use button times, life 3
million times.
5, high-precision feeding size: with high feeding accuracy, to meet
higher and higher processing requirements.
6 , flexible and convenient feeding length setting: the feeding
length setting does not need to adjust any mechanical mechanism, so
long as the input length and size are displayed on the touch type
display control panel, and the number setting function of the
section type length is provided.
7 , programming induction feeding, connected to the punch cam,
arbitrary adjustment feeding and relaxation time.
8, manual / automatic control feeding, manual can inch in and out,
easy to adjust its feeding test mode (in the interface automatic
and inch speed adjustable).
