Copper Tubes are accordance with JIS. C12T. Inner Groove Tubes (IGT) increases the internal coil surface, having a low oil film coefficient thus providing higher efficiency and capacity. Casing comes in high quality powder coated Aluminum, according to AA 1100 Standard. Centre plates built in to enhance air side performance and structural strength for models with 2 or more fans. Defrosting is by electrical sheathed stainless steel heater elements fitted with molded insulated connection and ultra low temperature silicone leads (rated to -80℃), to ensure effective defrosting and durability. Water resulting from defrosting is channeled to the drain pan with a centrally positioned outlet for positive draining from all points.

Coils are designed with the Latest Smart Circuitry. It allows maximum massflow rate of refrigerant to be evenly distributed throughout the evaporator, maximizing coil efficiency thus providing higher efficiency and capacity with a smaller physical unit cooler dimension.

Fan Motors used in all the models are high quality German motors, fitted with thermistor motor protection and conform to DIN 40050 safety standards. Fan motors are of the highest quality offered in the industry ensuring long life and durability for both high and low temperature application. Capacity Ratings are thermally guaranteed by Eden and tested in accordance to ASHRAE dry box standards. We also develop and program our own PLC control system, it can automatically control the running compressor quantity according to refrigeration need so that the system can save more energy and can provide 30% more use life than single compressor condensing units. With PLC auto control graphical interface, customer can operate with read the running status, data, parameter and error alarms easily. Optional remote control communication port is also provided, so that customer can monitor in their office. 

We focus on high efficiency daily mangement and QC to guarantee stable quality. By following ISO9001:2008, we have strict tracking system of each order, all welding are proformed with argon charged in the system to prevent welding waste going into the system. All condensers are delivered with high pressure gas charged when they delivered. Each final compressor rack will go through no-load test before packaging.
