
Design of heat exchanger
Using the mature European design software, according to the actual
demand accurate design of heat exchanger, can design the latest
refrigerant C02, R410a, R507a and special low temperature cold
agent etc.
Unit cooler apperance
Shape with flexible and changeable, drawing, blowing, forward air
flow, air flow up air flow down, precision meet the actual needs of
different occasions, the cold quantity to the location of the
actual needs, improve efficiency.
Cooler coil
Tube pattern aligned 50*50mm, special copper tubes OD15.88mm. Also
use stainless steel tube aluminium fin spacing 4, 7, 10, 12, 14 and
16mm. Fin and copper interface is more sufficient, thermal
resistance smaller, more efficient, can also provide copper fin,
stainless steel fin and some variety of anti-corrosion treatment
scheme.
Casing
Sizes 400-450: AlMg3, poder coated RAL9010, fan 500-630-800 used
galvanized steel powder coated RAL 9010.
Drip tray
AIMg3, powder coated RAL9010, for easy cleaning the drip tray can
be folded down or removed. Perfect consensation water drain due to
optimal drain design Drain nozzle mounted at an angle below 45
degree.
Fans
Low noise axial fans, with maintenance free motors in protection
class IP54. Internal motor protection with thermo contacts. With
precise design, a leading solar or lunar halo forming mould
processing, air volume is larger and more efficient, longer air
throw.
Heater
The international famous brand, the material of heating tube of
SUS304 stainless steel, surface heat load is less than 2.0 W/cm3,
longer life.

Our compressor racks and condensing units are equipped with world famous brand high quality components, we are distributor of , Carlyle, Fusheng, Bock, OEM factory of Danfoss. Key controllers and valves are Danfoss brand, contactors are Siemens brand.
We also develop and program our own PLC control system, it can automatically control the running compressor quantity according to refrigeration need so that the system can save more energy and can provide 30% more use life than single compressor condensing units. With PLC auto control graphical interface, customer can operate with read the running status, data, parameter and error alarms easily. Optional remote control communication port is also provided, so that customer can monitor in their office.
We focus on high efficiency daily mangement and QC to guarantee stable quality. By following ISO9001:2008, we have strict tracking system of each order, all welding are proformed with argon charged in the system to prevent welding waste going into the system. All condensers are delivered with high pressure gas charged when they delivered. Each final compressor rack will go through no-load test before packaging.
